Matthijs Pasveer, born and raised in The Hague, has always had a fascination with music. Despite his passion, it took him some time to fully commit to his musical career. His first experience at a house party mesmerized him with its energetic beats and atmosphere, sparking his desire to create house music himself. He began experimenting at home with various software and samples, spending countless hours perfecting his sound and proudly sharing his creations with friends.

The name Passie holds special meaning for Matthijs. It reflects not only his love for music but also his other passion: sailing. His family, avid sailors, owned a beautiful old sailboat named Passie, symbolizing their adventurous spirit and unforgettable moments on the water.

Though Matthijs is relatively new to his house music career, he is determined to grow and evolve as an artist. His unwavering love for music drives him to continually strive for the perfect track.
